Burkina Faso, West Africa: After the women repay their loans as a group, they stay to participate in education sessions. Sessions cover topics that most impact child mortality rates, including breastfeeding, weaning foods, diarrhea, and childhood illnesses, as well as malaria, HIV/AIDS, women's health and self-esteem. The women also learn how to run a successfull small business and grow their profits.
