Bequests & Freedom from Hunger FoundationFreedom from Hunger has established a supporting foundation to ensure that, as long as there are hungry people, we are there to help. Although the Freedom from Hunger Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization and has its own Board of Trustees, it makes grants only to Freedom from Hunger. Its Board of Trustees includes Weldon Wasson, Chair; Ed Michael Reggie; and Sheila Leatherman. Joan Dickey serves the board as its staff coordinator and assistant secretary.
