Freedom from Hunger’s e-learning courses are designed to build skills in field agents – employees of microfinance institutions who lead women’s savings and credit groups. The set of six courses deliver competencies in consumer protection, group facilitation, and techniques for delivering non-formal education. The objective of the learning is to form field agents who are able to deliver greater benefit to their clients and to their organizations. An added benefit of having the courses in digital form is that they can reach field staff with the training they need, when they need it, no matter how remote they are.
Field Agent Training courses can be purchased individually or as a set.
