Manager, Annual and Special Giving
The Manager, Annual and Special Giving creates and maintains communications with individual donors and solicits annual and special (leadership annual) gifts. He/she implements approved strategies to meet revenue goals of the annual and special gifts program, administers the gift acknowledgement program for all levels of individual giving, and coordinates solicitor acknowledgments for higher-end donors. He/she manages the vendor relationship for direct mail and online fundraising and oversees the execution of campaigns. The manager also analyzes giving patterns and levels of the individual donor base for appropriate placement in the annual/special and major gifts programs and makes individual gift solicitations to targeted individuals for leadership annual gifts. The manager ensures a service orientation throughout all areas of responsibility.
The Program Associate supports the Program Services team in the effective management and implementation of Freedom from Hunger’s various projects and initiatives. The Program Associate also contributes to research and program development activities. In addition, the Program Associate will perform a variety of organizational tasks to ensure the effective delivery of technical and training services to Freedom from Hunger partners and the timely development of products, tools and systems to advance the organization’s mission.
Director, Major Gifts
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished development professional who wants to make a real difference in the world. The ideal candidate will be a successful frontline fundraiser with a demonstrated track record in securing 6- and 7-figure gifts. This person will have the development leadership and management skills to take our major gifts fundraising to the next level. The Director of Major Gifts leads Freedom from Hunger’s major gifts fundraising efforts including strategy and solicitations. S/He designs, implements and administers the major gift fundraising program at Freedom from Hunger. The Director identifies, qualifies, and stewards relationships in a variety of donor circles, and manages Trustee fundraising efforts. S/He strengthens relationships with a portfolio of existing donors; engages and cultivates a broad range of new major gifts prospects; and plays a key role in building a robust major and planned gifts program.
Technical Advisor, Technology (West Africa)
The Technical Advisor, Technology provides technical support and training in digital financial services delivery and capacity building. S/he supports the development of training and financial inclusion solutions adapted to the project and country context, leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to strengthen Freedom from Hunger’s position as a leader in the development of innovative pro poor scalable products and services. The Technical Advisor, Technology achieves these objectives by planning, designing, testing, evaluating, documenting, disseminating and implementing innovative technological solutions including mobile learning, e-learning and links with Mobile Network Operators, Financial Services Providers and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to facilitate mobile financial inclusion. S/he also provides technical assistance to our partners, reports on progress, and collaborates with Product Development Team, peer organizations, vendors, consultants and other important stakeholders

Trainer and Curriculum Developer - Ecuador
The Trainer and Curriculum Developer supports the innovation and design of health and financial education tools including training modules, learning conversations, learning games, and educational material that will be delivered by various local organizations to chronically hungry poor women and families to protect their health and well-being. The Trainer and Curriculum Developer assists in the development of Freedom from Hunger’s training systems, creates tools to enhance replication of the systems, and experiments with e-learning and distance learning alternatives.

Technical Advisor, Instructional Design
As a member of the Product Development Team, the Technical Advisor, Instructional Design supports the development of training and education solutions, leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to strengthen Freedom from Hunger’s position as a leader in the development of innovative pro poor scalable products and services. The Technical Advisor, Instructional Design achieves these objectives by planning, designing, testing, evaluating, documenting, disseminating and implementing innovative services provided by a wide range of partner organizations. S/he provides technical assistance to our partners, reports on progress and collaborates with peer organizations, vendors, consultants and other important stakeholders.
